I’m a Landlord based in Leeds and most importantly, I’ve got nothing to sell you.
I’ve started this blog to help landlords navigate renting by sharing my experiences, advice and reliably researched content.
I want to create a space for all landlords to learn, share experiences, wisdom, tips, and the occasional moan. While my landlord experience has been sometimes frustrating I want to emphasise its mostly been a rewarding journey.
It’s really important I say that upfront because I’m not an influencer or a property mogul. Honestly, I’m fed up with all the so-called property influencers on social media.
You know the ones I mean, Uber confident and promising endless riches, so you end up following them. But before you know it, they’re bombarding you with emails and texts “Buy my book!” “Sign up for my £999 five-day convention in Birmingham!”.
It’s exhausting. I’ve been there, and I’m just so done with it.

I’m a Small Landlord, with two leasehold flats and two freehold houses. It’s taken me eight years to get here, with some remortgaging, and many sleepless nights. While it’s sometimes frustrating, it’s mostly been a rewarding journey.
Now all my properties are profitable, my tenants are happy, and I have great relationships with them. None want to leave & all the properties have gone up in value, so I can finally sleep better at night.
This journey hasn’t been all smooth sailing and I’ve created Landlord moments to share the stories and advice so you don’t make the same mistakes I did. A Landlord community for swapping tips, advice, and the occasional moan.
